At Bhur Bhuvah Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide you with the best quality A2 Milk, Indigenous Breed Cow products, and fresh vegetables sourced from Makhanchor Gaupal Farms. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return for the following reasons:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product has been delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable items, such as milk or vegetables, are eligible for return only if they are spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please follow the steps below:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund including any applicable shipping fees.
- If the product is not eligible for a refund due to customer misuse or any conditions outside of our return policy, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product instead of returning it, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are available for the same or similar products, subject to availability.
6. Exceptions
